How It Works
Reserve in Four Steps.
- 1. Stop by the counter or call us — we will show you the available sizes and walk you through which fits your collection.
- 2. Pick your tier, sign for 12 months, pay the annual rate.
- 3. Locker assigned, key in hand. Stock it from our humidor — every cigar in your locker comes from Cigar Heaven.
- 4. Walk in during open hours, open your locker, grab what you want, smoke in the lounge or take it home.

Are the lockers climate-controlled and humidified?
- Yes. Every locker sits inside a climate-controlled humidor room kept at the right temperature and humidity year-round. Your collection stays in optimal condition the entire rental period.
How much do humidor lockers cost?
- Lockers are rented annually. Pricing starts at $250 per year for the Small size and goes up to $400 per year for the Tall Deep. Four sizes available — see the table on this page or ask at the counter.
Do I need a membership to rent a locker?
- No. There is no membership required at Cigar Heaven. Locker rental is a standalone service — you pay annually and you have a personal humidor at our address.
When can I access my locker?
- During our regular business hours: Monday–Thursday 10 AM–10 PM, Friday 10 AM–12 AM (next day), Saturday 10 AM–10 PM, Sunday 12 PM–8 PM. Walk in, open your locker, take what you need.
Can I upgrade to a larger locker later?
- Yes. If your collection outgrows your locker, stop by and we will move you up to the next size. Pro-rated where applicable.
