Gurkha's origins go back to 1887 in Calcutta, where cigars were made for British officers and named after the Nepalese Gurkha soldiers. The modern brand was relaunched in 1989 by Kaizad Hansotia, and now offers one of the widest portfolios in the industry — from everyday lines to ultra-premium limited editions.
